I have taken my pets to be groomed and/or boarded and/or trained to many different types of businesses over the years... Needless to say I have built a long sturdy BASELINE for comparison purposes! I was recently referred to The Palms Resort & Spa by 2 of my neighbors who were also pleased with their experiences with (1) the Head Trainer and her training program for their dogs, as well as each of their dog's success & accomplishments during the training program. They are running a business that is set up with rules for each employee to adhere to..... a they DO FOLLOW THE RULES GIVEN TO THEM... but very very nicely conveyed to the Pet Owners!! Front staff are always helpful and friendly. They have always been accommodating and welcoming of any needs my pup has going in for boarding. I feel safe leaving my fur baby with them for short or extended stays.

The Palms Pet Resort and Spa is one of the best places that I have ever taken my pet for grooming and boarding. The staff and leadership are very professional and genuinely care for my pet and know her. My dog is always happy to go to the Palms and always comes back in great shape and attitude. This speaks a lot as to how they treat my baby along with the other pets. Thank you Palms for always helping me when she is stinky or needs a place to stay for the night. We are very fortunate to have a great place like yours for our furry family member.

Our goal at The Palms is to provide an environment that nurtures both the emotional and physical needs of our guests. We specifically designed our pet boarding facility with this goal in mind; from the 8 separate air conditioning systems with 100% fresh air returns, to the double fenced yards with 8 ft. perimeter fencing, from individual TV’s and webcams. Our cat boarding guests have a 240 gallon fresh water aquarium for interest and calming effect. Each suite area has separate outdoor play yards. All staff are PCSA certified pet care technicians to provide optimum safety and care. We strive to be the stress-free option for times when you have to be separated from your four-legged family member.
