We have never had a bad experience at the palms. Our puppies have always been taken care of. Thank you for having such an amazing, fun and relaxing atmosphere.
My puppy loves the spa services he received here. He is a nervous puppy and I have to commend the kind and caring staff. We were so impressed that we signed him up for puppy school. It’s been about 3 classes and while we felt he was the perfect puppy for our family before he has grown so much. He used to be fearful on walks and is no longer pulling or barking. His attention span has increased as well. He now looks for the people to be the leaders. While he is still a bit fearful at the beginning of the class he is so much happier at home. He is all tail wags and grins to practice his “homework”
