I LOVE going to Club Pilates! It has totally changed my flexibility after having a total hip replacement. My muscles have built confidence that allows the strength back. I'm moving in positions I didn't think I could do. The instructors are amazing and they can modify a position to fit your skill set. Come on over and work out with us! Love Club Pilates. Staff is very knowledgeable and good at increasing intensity of your workout or modifying movements to help maximize your workout goals. Also you feel very welcome whatever your exercise level. Look forward to class everyday!
