The customer service and quality of work was impeccable! Stains I didn't expect to come out are gone. Gabriel advised that it was possible the stain might appear again once it dried, but nope! A month later, my carpet still looks fresh and clean. He showed up on time, was very accommodating, helped move furniture at no extra charge, even left shoe covers for us to keep!
