He was very kind and patient; walked us through the whole insurance and payment thing so there was zero gray area. He totally went to bat for us and showed the insurance company adjuster (?) guy where he was completely off base and got us our new roof. Workers came and did the install in less than a day. We did have to delay due to weather conditions, but I appreciate that they weren't willing to risk getting my house wet just to complete the job. They even found that there were 4 layers (3 extra) of felt under the shingles, which explains the excess condensation I'd been experiencing inside the house. Now that my roof can breathe, the interior condensation has decreased dramatically in just the few weeks since completion. Not sure if the extra felt was intentional or pure laziness of prior contractors but just know that S&B Roofing will do it right! 10 stars!“
