The pediatric dentistry, adult dentistry, and orthodontics have all been extremely high-quality; the staff is friendly and professional; the atmosphere is fun for the kids; and the technology is always being updated. The dental care has been excellent; my fillings and crowns have sensitivity during recovery, but I’ve never had any long-term issues after the expected recovery period. “The customer experience at 32 Ivory Lane was 5 Star from start to finish. They have been very flexible with scheduling appointments and I appreciate the reminder phone call as well as text. I arrived on time and was quickly escorted to the appointment room. The front desk staff was very courteous. My Dental Technician Michelle was friendly, attentive, engaging and very professional. The Dentist came in as soon as she was ready. Even though they were busy, I was never left waiting. They use the latest technology in their office. I wish all of my previous dental office experiences had been as excellent as 32 Ivory Lane.“

“Ive been a patient of Dr.West for coming up on 16 years and followed him between 3 different practices. He is an ABSOLUTELY amazing dentist who actually cares about you. He takes the time to explain any issues or concerns. Maxi at the front desk is so kind and I've used Tanya the hygienist since his practice has been opened and she is the best. Dr. Dix could have told me yes I needed the work done and gotten the money for himself but instead he was honest and told me I didn't need any of that done. There was nothing wrong with my teeth. I've been going to his office for a few years now and couldn't imagine going any where else. He and his staff is always so welcoming and makes you feel like family. “I will make this easy, this is the best dental office you will find. Melissa at the front is a true example of what an efficient manager should be. She is friendly and could not be better at managing the office. The dental hygienists are easier on my gums and teeth than any I have ever seen. The Dentists here are top notch Dr Moore and his other Doctor (sorry I forgot his name) are masters at their craft. You will not be disappointed with using this Dental office. I live in Denton and probably pass by twenty or more dentistry offices between Denton and Haslet but will gladly drive the distance to see these people.“
