Omar has come in clutch for me 2 times now! He showed up early this last time and had me taken care of in no time. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone and will continue to use him in the future!
It is so hard to find good customer service now. Omar and his team are the best! Omar helped keep our unit running by fixing a simple part a couple of summers ago. He was honest and not trying to take our money, unlike a couple of other big companies that came out. Our unit finally gave out a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday. Omar was at our house within two hours. We had initially scheduled for our new unit to be installed on Monday, but he was able to get us set up on Sunday instead. We couldn't believe it! Omar was responsive and easy to communicate with. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in rectifying our issues. His crew did an amazing job installing our new system. Very conscientious of our property (laying down tarps to protect flooring) and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend
