Great customer service and very knowledgeable of all RV repairs would not hesitate to call Russell for any type of repair. I was not a local he showed up when he said he would be here & fair price.

The best service was no service and no bill. Lost power. Over texting he walked me through trouble shooting and I found a hidden gFI switch and got everything working. I will keep his name and number as when you put helping your client rather than chasing the next buck you have my vote. My thanks

We had an hour to vacate our spot at a campground in Texas….and the parking brake was stuck!! It’s 98 degrees and a Sunday! I called a couple of mobile RV repair companies….recordings only. Finally I reached Russel. He was too far away to come to us, but kindly told me what he would do if he were there. It worked!!! We made it out in time! Saved us additional campground fees and a service call charge! Thank you Russel!!!
