Since we were in a city away from home, we felt that we could trust his findings as a Coleman dealer and a certified tech. His work was professionally done with the area cleaned at the end. We told him that the new unit worked great. He followed up the next to ensure everything was working well and ok. In the end we were fortunate to find this company that solved our problem at a competitive price. If we have another problem we would definitely give Mr Williams a call.
