Called yesterday (Wednesday, 5/10) at 5:30 p.m. for an appointment at their earliest convenience to service my mother's AC Unit in Harlingen. Was able to get an appointment for today (Thursday, 5/11) between 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. They called me back at 5:57 p.m. that they could do the work immediately if that worked for us. Yes!!! Who would turn that offer down to get your AC fixed within a few hours and not have to wait over night and sleep miserably and uncomfortably in our Texas heat and humidity. By 6:49 p.m. (less than an hour from the rebooked appointment) AC was back up and running!!! Will definitely call them to again to do yearly maintenance on Mom's AC Unit.
