I always frequent Supercuts and most of the time I received the exceptional service that I come to expect. Unfortunately the two locations located in Harlingen have been understaffed for some reason since covid began.This time I prepared by calling ahead of time as I didn't have much time and I was able to get on the list. I love that they offer this feature because it allows you to save some time and pretty much show up and not lose your place in line.Although when I got there there was a lot of people I didn't wait too long because of being able to call ahead.
