“I came to Norman's tailor shop needing two dresses to be altered because they were too long from the bottom. I came in on a Thursday and needed both of the dresses by Tuesday for my graduation (I went looking at the very last minute for someone to do the alterations). At first Norman let me know that he wasn't sure he was able to help me with the alterations. However he still took the time to look at the dresses, make some adjustments at the bottom and even let me choose the exact length that I wanted them to be. Once I chose the length of the alterations, Norman agreed to work on the dresses and assured me that everything would come out great. Well I can say that Norman did a great job with both of the dresses and was able to provide service in such a timely manner. I really do appreciate the work that he did with my dresses and I would recommend trying out his services for those who need alterations!“
