doesnt even deserve 1 star, Becky is NEVER there, NEVER answered my calls or texts for a year, which resulted in my 2022 taxes being a year late & when asked for my paperwork, they claimed i owed a balance when everything was paid. At this point i think they wanna just charge extra so she can go on vacation. Got text messages where for a year i got no response. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

My In-laws have done business with this company in the past and when my MIL E. I Garza-Escobedo passed away suddenly my FIL was distraught and figured it would be the easiest solution to have them take care of his taxes, since they had done them the year before. What a mistake, it took them 4 months to send us a copy of the return, we have never received the refund and now that he is trying to electronically file his new return we do not have all the information required. T
