I don’t know what I would do if not for these guys, but not for the reason you think. I am staying in a condo in South Padre. We were here for a month and had lots of boxes and baggage. The elevator was broken and it was going to be some time before fixed. I am 71 about to have back surgery. The Rio crew saw my dilemma and jumped in and carried all the heavy boxes down 2 flights to our car. I am blown away by their gracious help. If this is the kind of staff they have I believe they will show that same dedication and approach to their job at hand. THANK YOU!!
