After many years renting, we were finally in a position to take the next step and purchase or have a home made. Well, things were a little difficult at the beginning with the avenues we were pursuing. Robert Becerra at Loan Simple made a suggestion and recommended Mr. Ray Gonzalez to take the reigns and construct our home. For that, we will always be thankful. I could not believe how simple Mr. Gonzalez made it for us. Throughout the build, he never treated us like “another customer”. He was very attentive and explained everything so we understood the contractor lingo and processes involved. There was never a time that we felt we had no choice or say in the matter. He treated us like acquaintances and made obvious sacrifices on his end to make sure everything went well. We now have our home and it was Mr. Ray that made it easier for us. We will always be grateful to Mr. Ray, his family and Robert Becerra at Loan Simple. If we ever decide to build a retirement home, or if anyone ever asks us for a recommendation, Gonzalez Homes will always be first on our list.
