Needed to get my DOT Physical before my cert expired, making a delivery to Home Depot across the way and saw Nova Med Centers on the map....called, to inquire, then walked over. The whole process from first call to completion was fast, friendly and professional. Don't believe every bad review you read, the one saying that "EVERYONE" getting a DOT physical is referred for a sleep study probably needed a sleep study, and just didn't want to hear it. I definitely recommend this location for anyone needing their services.
From my inital phone call to make an appointment to the front desk personnel to the tech who did my chest x-ray…..everyone was courteous and professional. My wait time was less than 5 minutes and the exam was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this location for the services they provide!
5 STARS ? but I have to point out, the nurse or tech kinda treats you like a criminal. They made me lift up my pants to expose my socks and empty my pockets (like TSA). The only difference is they don't pat you down, they don't stare at you while you're in the bathroom (that would have ruined my experience), you only get 10 minutes to produce your sample ? (I wish I'd known that prior to my visit). I didn't like the feeling of being timed to urinate. (Bring plenty of water). I guess they're strict/firm because they deal with difficult people all day IDK. The actual lab test was done right in front of me and I liked that aspect.
