“Needed to get my DOT Physical before my cert expired, making a delivery to Home Depot across the way and saw Nova Med Centers on the map....called, to inquire, then walked over. The whole process from first call to completion was fast, friendly and professional. Don't believe every bad review you read, the one saying that "EVERYONE" getting a DOT physical is referred for a sleep study probably needed a sleep study, and just didn't want to hear it. I definitely recommend this location for anyone needing their services.“

“Recently had a major procedure and fortunately everything turned out ok but I have never been through so much pain. Problem was the pain was with a part of my body not directly associated with the surgical procedure. The nurse kept saying the surgeon would not authorize pain meds. Didn’t help that it was between 4 and 5 in the morning. I think the nurse just blew me off. I was suffering from nerve pain. Someone finally came through and relieved the pain. This was in the ICU where you are supposedly given special attention. What’s really funny is the surgery area was just your normal pain. Nothing too bad. This was huge very painful situation probably the result of one staff member. The other PROBLEM was management was trying to kick me out to a rehab center at 11:00 PM. I could hear the nurse arguing for me. He won so I was able to leave the next afternoon. I’ve had several serious procedures there and I am very happy with the care they provided. This last time it was probably just two employees who made my time there difficult. I have had good history so Yes I’ll give them another shot.“
