Live in the Harlingen area and was on travels when had a medical problem. Consulted with Dr. Ramos-Boyd and explained the nature of the problem and she knew the problem based on my history. Prescribed an antibiotic, Rx, and called it in at my location in California. Upon returning from the travels quickly worked an appointment and started resolving the dental problem. Can't beat the friendly staff and being caring. And to top it off had my teeth cleaned in addition. Serve with a smile. Joseph
Dr Ramos and her staff are pleasant and very professional. I've been going to this dentist office since Dr Burkholder retired and I am so glad I stayed on. They offer a great yearly savings plan too.
Dr. Ramos-Boyd and her staff were professional and welcoming. They explained the process for procedures and allowed me to feel comfortable, as well as gave me options for submitting an insurance claim for reimbursement of payment. I would recommend them to friends and family.
