An amazing personal trainer that makes you feel comfortable and really helps you reach your goals. I’ve been her client for 5 months and have never felt better. High recommend her and her studio for your personal or group training needs.
The best awesome trainer the owner Denise Gomez is very honest and truly to her training you the fullest. I recommend y’all to visit her for your personal trainer on getting your way to healthy and losing weight with her.
