If this is the new chloe’s nail salon inside the mall near Jcpenney. Please do not waste your time or money. Very dissapointed. The staff is nice but the job absolutely sucks. I had a pedi done which no scrubbing or removal of cuticles was done. I dont even think she clipped my nails. Also the shellac on my hands was poorly done and chip the following day. I was so dissapointed.

I went today as a walk in. Took seconds to be seated but ther was not warm welcome. I got a hi, what do you want? ok sit. then it took 20 minutes for my towpenails to get started. She was very nice but she took way too long. I then sat down and he opens the polish but then answered his phone and talked for 10 minutes. The polish has now been on for less than 8 hours and all of the polish is falling off. not even flacking, the entire piece. Would not recommend this place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Took my daughter there to get nails for a special occasion. She was happy up until we went here. I asked the nail tech a simple question and she flew off the handle all offended. She proceeded to do the most horrible job on my daughter's nails. The atmosphere was already tense because they proceeded to have an awkward discussion as to what time they should take the last client. Needless to say workers were not happy. Overall worst experience ever at a nail place. Will never go there again and they ruined a happy moment. Now my daughter has to fix this mess before her special occasion. Ppl if u dont like your job then do something else. Dont ruin nice...read full review
