I have never had a better experience with customer service and interpersonal skills these gentlemen have some of the best workers and doing great work very personal and friendly I will most definitely recommend Benny's to everyone I come across this hot summer they are very professional and good spirited good hearted men a matter of fact I've heard about them through others had small talk about them when anyone ever speaks about air conditioning and the valley the name benny's comes up so hats off to these men at Benny's heating and cooling. .
Our problem was that the central unit wouldn't come on. We have had several technicians try to fix it. It would work for a short time and then it would stop coming on again. Noah was our technician and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He found the issue almost right away. He trouble shooted and, I believe it's finally fixed. He also tested the outside unit and found some possible future issues. I agreed to the repairs. I highly recommend Benny's for central unit repairs. I also want to say, Thank you Noah!
