I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I used this company to protest the taxes for two apartment complexes, and three single family homes in 2021 and they did a satisfactory job. However after the initial 2 year period ended that’s when the problems started. In 2023 I contacted them to see if I needed to update my file I was told that everything was in order. I learned in 2025 that no tax protests had been filed since 2022. When I contacted them I was told that they had a former employee who had mishandled my file. Update, this company has performed well for us. The communication has gotten much better over the last 3 years or so. I would recommend them to what they do, help people keep property taxes under control.

They came highly recommended by my property management company but I am very disappointed and frankly shocked at the lack of professionalism they demonstrate. I signed with them in May of '21 and after this received NO communication from them. I called their office and sent several emails inquiring as to the status of my account to no avail. I never heard from them again and had to end up paying the full tax bill. The telephone number for the office was answered by machine and the message was always, "voice mailbox full and can't receive any messages."
