Lockey is our go to for all of our HVAC issues. We've been using them for going on a decade now, and their service has always been friendly, efficient, and professional. They never try to "up sell" unneeded items or repairs, so we've never had any doubts that we're getting exactly what we need. When we've had any issues with A/C or heating, they've always been very responsive, in some cases talking us through possible fixes over the phone, to save us the cost of a visit. If we had an issue that warranted a tech coming out, they were always quick to respond, and able to take care of it. If we've had an appointment set up for service, they show up on time, never have to call after them to find out if they are showing up. Not all companies are that way, that's why we've stuck with them over the years. Highly recommended!
Randy is great. Had a very nice conversation with him and after letting him know I needed the AC working before contractors could start doing interior remodeling work on the property, he was able to move the scheduled repair date up for me.
Texas heat is no joke and when your family needs to get your AC fixed or replaced quickly, Randy and his team at Lockey are the people to call!
