I requested service on the morning of April 8, 2025, for the afternoon time frame. Adrian and Robert showed up on the requested date around 1pm, inspected my system, educated me, and provided me with options (maintenance plan, hard start kit, etc.) without any pressure to purchase. I appreciate that they weren't trying to sell me. Adrian and Robert got my system back on track, checked to ensure the system components were operational, and answered all my questions in a way that I could fully understand. Both Adrian and Robert were very professional and honest. I'll definitely consider Kane's for continued servicing and when the time comes to replace the system.
These folks always go above and beyond. They installed my new unit a couple years ago and have completed my biannual check ups ever since and I can't say enough good things about their customer service. From the receptionist to the service techs to the owner, everyone is the friendliest you'll ever encounter. The big plus that you won't find at big box stores is you get the same service tech every visit!!! Tyler is the best! Kudos to all of you!
