I had these guys in to do a very simple job. Clean the carpet and remediate dog urine. This is something Chem-Dry is typically good at but these guys are not your typical Chem-Dry. These guys SUCK. They came in and vacuumed the carpet then sprayed a few areas with PERT which is their secret chemical they use on Urine which fortunately works really well when used by a competent technician. So the guys came in and apparently missed some spots because I could still smell the urine days later. They did sell me some pert which was nice because i needed it to clean some of the spots they missed. But i didn’t buy enough. I called back and told them it still smelled. Very professional, courteous, and did a great job. I called in to have a sectional couch I had just purchased deep cleaned and they were able to get out to my residence and do the job the same day. The price was a bit higher than others had quoted me, but after seeing the finished product, it was worth every penny. You get what you pay for and I'm glad I chose to go with Chem-dry. I highly recommend this company.
