We are so thankful for our seasonal check ups with True Blue Air Service. Our technician came to do our spring check up and told us an area that could be a problem with the drainage from our attic unit down to our daughter’s bathroom sink which was clogged. We called the plumber to get it drained immediately. We are so thankful he found a problem that we did not know about before. It was too late and overflowed our attic.

We had a great experience with Jake from True Blue. Really down to earth, honest guy. We enjoyed talking to him for a while about our units. We liked that he was not trying to push the sale of new units-like SO many other companies have tried to do in the past. Our philosophy is we will ride them out until they die or a part can't be replaced. He agreed and was transparent about the different costs for various new units etc. This company came as a recommendation from a Geek Squad installer actually who used them too. They show up when they say they will, don’t try and upsell, the technicians are friendly, and very reasonably priced, especially considering the level of service. We’ve used them twice now and been pleased both times!
