“This was my first visit to BrowGenius and it did not disappoint! Rachel was great! I am a little claustrophobic and she was patient and explained the experience. I went in for my first Brow Lift and tint and also a brow wax. Rachel's communication was great via text and appointment was on time. He suite is super comfortable with cooling fan and blanket it you need it, along with some relaxing music. My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great! I went in today for second process and she adjusted her routine -took some tape off-and did things a little differently to accommodate my needs and it worked! Highly recommend!“

I got a Brazilian done that day and the products provided feels great on my skin but still in the process, I’ll provide an update for that. Radha very thorough! I had such a great experience, I came back to do a mini facial, which was soo relaxing it put me to sleep! After my cat nap I did my eyebrows (threaded) and tint.
