“In early February of 2022, right after a four day freeze and ice storm, I noticed my water meter box was full of water. I thought it was melting ice. The next day it was still full. I called the City to check it out and the issue was on my side of the meter. I called Express Master Plumbing and in less than an hour the issue was fixed. He took pictures of the problem and of the fixed pipe. I'm pretty handy with household plumbing but I was really nervous to mess with anything in the ground.
