Express Master Plumbing

In early February of 2022, right after a four day freeze and ice storm, I noticed my water meter box was full of water. I thought it was melting ice. The next day it was still full. I called the City to check it out and the issue was on my side of the meter. I called Express Master Plumbing and in less than an hour the issue was fixed. He took pictures of the problem and of the fixed pipe. I'm pretty handy with household plumbing but I was really nervous to mess with anything in the ground. I am impressed with the quick response and the professional service.

I don't know about the other reviewer but I had a great experience with him.

He did the entire house from curb to faucets. Prices were fair, work was prompt/well done.

My husband contacted express master plumbing to repair a leak in our main line. With it being a Saturday with impending severe weather, it was challenging to find someone to come out to perform the repair. It began raining heavily shortly after Shane arrived and began working. When the meter box flooded he pumped the water out and continued the repair. The repair was completed in less than an hour despite poor weather conditions, and the cost was very reasonable. Very prompt and professional service! I would highly recommend this company.
