UPDATE ONE: I finally got through. Was able to make the two appointments that I needed to. Anytime I tried to say anything that was other than the questions she was asking me she'd cut me off. So pretty rude, but I understand you have other things to do. Still rude though. Was able to make two appointments. I will make a second update after my appointment. Pretty ticked off. Not only are they only open four days a week their receptionist is rude. I got hung up on OR they decided the person calling in was more important and switched over the line. I've called 15 times and keep getting their "the mailbox is full" automated message. I am FURIOUS. My wife has come here and said the actual doctor was great. Well that doesn't help me if their receptionist isn't going to do their job. I can't help it. I have a very busy schedule and a toddler, and y'all are only open four days a week. Be patient. I expected YALL to call me back now or I'll take my business elsewhere. My number ends in 4328 (you can look at your caller ID)

Dr. Vo and his staff are wonderful. I have been wearing glasses for over 20 years, and in my experience, I have never had a more thorough and communicative eye exam. He explained everything and even took the time to educate me on my eye health and what I can do to help maintain them. At no point did I ever feel rushed to get the appointment over with like I have at larger, chain-style eye doctors. And he made me feel like he actually cares about his patients. Plus, I love being able to give my money to a small, family business. This is my family’s eye doctor for life, now.

I dont do reviews often but when I get wow customer service you have to let people know how appreciative you are so others follow or continue the service. The Dr. Mrs is really great she truly seems to care ,I can go into detail but it's best to try for yourself.
