Very rude women. The wrong color hair was braided into my hair and when I told them she advised she'd blend it and make it work but did not. They refused to discount it initially and then finally did after an argument. Sarah ended up fixing the other ladys work. However it ultimately was not what I asked for. I have been here many times but after the way I was treated this time I will not return.

Do not go here. Sarah is rude. She likes to talk trash about you in her French language. Actually all of the women there are super rude and need to be nicer to people paying $100 or more to get their hair done. I am going to lock my hair due to the crazy prices they charge for braids. $210 for a full head of box braids and more for knotless ones but Sarah said that she hates doing those so she tries to talk you out of it.

Made me make an appointment 2weeks ago. So I show up on time And when I get here from my appointment I'm told to sit down and wait no problem They got everybody in the chairs no problem. So I sit down few minutes in Maybe by 10:15 10:20 I was sat in a chair And the young lady said she can't do the style that I want So I'm told to get up I don't Get no type of priority Just taking people left and right I'm told by Choice a stylist that made my appointment that you make appointments on who she thinks will be here not who is actually here So therefore when they don't show up your left to wait Screw your day and whatever plans you got You wait on them I've been coming here for over 4-5 years now But this is the last time I will get my hair braided at Aby's . It seems the only Priority is how much Your hairstyle costI was only $89 so therefore I can wait apparently even though I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Instead of telling me that and making me a new appointment they told me to sit for however long it takes whoever to get done or get here.Do not come here Do not come here there Do not come here there are a thousand other braiders in this city. Let them know they need to treat their customers better communicate better with their customers and quit making appointments for people who aren't here who do you think will be here they stopped leave for 30 minutes go get something to eat come back the whole time I've been sitting here for 2 hours 2 hours
