The clinic quickly cares for your fur babies, making sure they feel comfortable and receive thorough diagnosis and treatment. The team is very kind, working with your budget and keeping in touch throughout any stay or treatment. Lakeside Animal Clinic truly cares for your pets and provides excellent, compassionate care.
I agree with most comments here that this clinic and the Vets do a remarkable job treating my dog and doing surgery. Staff is all very caring and friendly. The problem is they do charge too much for food and medications, as others here have noted. I actually wrote a letter to them asking for discounts for seniors and Vets and no one had the courtesy to even respond to my concerns. I found out quite accidentally that if I bring my dog in on Tuesdays, there's some kind of discount on vaccinations. Their lack of concern or response tells me very clearly that if I don't like their prices, go somewhere else. There are no perfect Vet clinics, so as consumers, we have to make our own choices.
The staff is friendly and caring. We had a very sick and elderly cat. The veterinarian was great. We ended up having to put our cat down. I appreciate the care and support we received during this difficult time.
They got my fur baby in quickly and made her feel comfortable. they are very thorough in the diagnosis and treatment of pets .i dont go anywere else for pet care .i highly recommend!
