After a technician's inspection, Ronnie Benavides (the technician's manager) called me and provided a quote, with expanation of the scope of water damage and resoration process. When I asked him whether it would be a better option for me to replace the impacted carpet and pad, he did not push me toward acceptance of their quote. Instead he agreed that replacement, instead of restoration service, is a better option for me. He also confirmed that the drywall and baseboard would not need restoration work (unlike what another company told me). When I said I felt sorry that his technician wasted his time, Ronnie responded by saying that they want to have customers' best interest and satisfaction in mind. So even if I did not hire them, they impressed me with their trustworthiness.“
