I have been going to Turtle Creek for 7 years and do not believe I have ever given a review, this vet clinic is the best we have ever been to from the front desk to each Tech and Dr. Rocky. I have two Bichons and feel they are both high maintenance and they get the best care at this clinic, I highly recommend Turtle Creek to anybody, you will be very satisfied with all services they provide ❤️❤️

I have been here many times this year with my old 80lb girl. She doesn’t like to be messed with much, but they really take such great care of her here. Today, they met me up here on a Sunday during an emergency, and I am so grateful. I appreciate the love and care that they have for everyone’s fur babies. I cannot say how much I appreciate this place.

I paid my deposit for my appointment, and the day of the appointment my child was throwing up so I called right when they opened to see if it was okay to reschedule bc my kid was sick. They said yes and rescheduled me, no issue. Then called me at the end of the day and said I forfeited my deposit and had to pay again. I specifically called to confirm it was okay to reschedule bc of an unexpected situation. My deposit should not be forfeited bc I asked and was told it was okay and didn’t just cancel, but rescheduled. I can see this place likes to respond to negative comments, and I hope you see that I should have been told on the call I would have to pay the deposit...read full review
