We recently had to replace our condenser and evaporator coil A/C unit and we are so glad we chose Washburn Air. They were quick to get a tech out to diagnose the issue, got us scheduled for the installation, and now we are enjoying cool upstairs again! During the installation, the guys were on time, took their shoes off when on carpet, they were polite and answered all our questions. They came on time and prepared my indoor HVAC for winter. They made sure that the heating system was working correctly to be prepared for cold weather. They made a recommendation about an item to fix. They charged exactly what they had quoted earlier on the phone. When I asked about how I could clean the outside AC unit, one of the men cleaned it himself for free. So, they were quick, professional, and honest. Over the years I have dealt with many HVAC companies. Washburn Air is the best.

I have been using Washburn air for years and thank goodness because one of our units went out Friday! Our house was “flipped” and we continue to have to fix things the flipper messed up/short cuts on.I’m thankful for tommy and crew they are always professional and on time! Great service too!
