“Have used them for years. One time they came out right after a storm and advised us on whether we could salvage a live oak that had lost a big branch. Michael Smith was watching my 10-year-old son clear some of the more manageable pieces and spent time with him showing him the right way to cut and use his saw. Genuinely good and honest people! Fair prices (not cheap). And experts at making sure trees are healthy and there for a long time. Do not use anyone who just swings by and offers their services.
