Both times my hair wasn’t styled after being roughly blowdried. Still had wet spots left and just didn’t like going in public looking like that. First time I went my hair goal wasn’t achieved so I had to return a second time so it could get fixed. I showed inspo pics/videos and my hair looks nothing like them. Just really hate my hair. Do not recommend her at all.

Everyone else also was offered to turn on their message chairs, I was not offered this service. They also treated me/talked to me as if I was slow. Then the guy that did my nails acted as if he was annoyed at the fact that he had to do my nails. I also heard him sigh and say "you're boring". Look, I work 2 jobs 7 days a week and talk to people on both jobs. I just wanted to relax. This is supposed to be a Nail and Spa. I also got insulted when trying to enter my tip amount. I mean, who would tip just .10¢? My nails are pretty, and my Pedi was very nice, but the treatment was uncomfortable. I will not be going back!“
