I have been a patient of Dr. Torres for 11 years. She has handled all my gynecological and hormone issues during that time. She takes the time to listen and you never feel rushed. She is very compassionate and you feel like a friend.
Her practice continues to grow as does her staff. Everyone is ready to help with whatever you need and strives to give you excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Miriam Torres and her staff.
I scheduled my first visit at this office and I was not disappointed. The receptionist I originally spoke with on the phone was very sweet and helped guide me on how to make my appointments to ensure insurance would accept everything and not give me any trouble. My first appointment was about something specific and they were able to squeeze me in since there was a cancellation to see the PA since I had some concerns, huge relief on my end. They also make the new patient process very simple which is a huge plus. Dr. Torres and her staff are a rare gem. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in the right place. Her front staff was very friendly welcoming which I have not seen in a long time in a medical facility. Dr. Torres took her time with me and allowed me ask all my question. I went back for a return appointment and I saw her NP Hannah the same great care and experience. I would highly recommend Serenity Gynecology.
