Our little ones had the best time at their 1st resort. They loved it so much that ask to see the videos and pics of the trip there. With a toddler age 2 and 4 this was a great experience for them. Like Disney world but in a smaller version.
3/30/2019 Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine stay. Our daughter was celebrating her birthday and we decided to do something a little different. She brought a friend and we all had a blast at the waterpark. The waterpark is crazy packed during the day, and they don't have enough chairs for the amount of people. The rides are great. The Lifeguards are on point and do their job extremely well, and really seem to care. Major kudos. The Wolf Den Suite... Well it's definitely not a suite. The remodeled rooms are nice. No issues there. We had an issue with our front door lock not locking and had to text maintenance. They arrived extremely quick so that's a plus! The bathroom... Needed to be included in that “remodelâ€. The bath faucet looks like it's barely on. The handle fixture for the shower had a part that was broke off. Once you turn on the hot water the shower makes this horrible beating sound. The shower head needs to be replaced as it wasn't spraying correctly and was clogged in some places. Overall, the stay was good. We only stayed one night. Had we stayed longer the bathroom would have drove me nuts. For the price, it's crazy expensive for what you get. Especially the room rates. The employees were all very friendly and truly made the experience better. Would I stay again? Possibly a day, but i don't think I would choose this place for any kind of extended stay. Way to expensive.
$100 for a princess manicure that literally washed off in the waterpark a few hours after we got it. The ladies working there redid my daughter's nails (claimed the chlorine must have interacted with the chemicals in the nail polish), but the fact is that they just use cheap nail polish because the nails began chipping within a few hours and washed off again in the bathtub at home that night.
