    I was on a subscription and they would charge me random amounts, always different from the previous month and then they would try to confuse you when you called about it. Not to mention the hours of time trying to get them to cancel my membership, they will keep you on the phone for hours talking about their product and asking you questions until you just get tired of it and just push you next shipment 6months out so you don't have to deal with it, then today I finally used the chat feature to cancel and dude tried to do the same thing but I just kept typing "cancel the membership " until finally he does, then has the nerve to tell me I owe 19.95$. That took another 20 minutes of me proving that I don't owe anything, he said the payment was declined by your bank in April, then I pull up my statements and they charged me in April, then he says my mistake it was for your may payment, so I pull up my statements and they charged me twice in may! Eventually he says he canceled the two installments w.e that means. I said if you charge my card it will be fraudulent and I will report it. DO NOT get the subscription/ membership, it is one giant headache and it wastes so much of your time, go to the mall kiosk and get it if you really want it, I rather pay more than have to deal with how they handle your payments.
