2024: So 5 years later on July 22, 2024, I needed his services again for a glitchy wireless automatic strike plate in a door separating my reception room from our treatment rooms in my dental office and he came out within a couple of hours and checked everything out and found a loose wire on the back of the wireless receiver and he only charged me his service fee and it works like new!
