When I called to make an appointment, referred by the insurance, I was so surprised that Mary said I was able to go on the same day. My pain was so extreme that I was not able to work on my computer that morning. I arrived with neck pain, shoulder pain and my fingers were in so much pain if I tried to move them. Dr Payne saw me, took some X-rays then on the same day my pain was almost gone. My case is kind of hard so it will take several sessions but I’m so happy with the results after 4 sessions! I’m able to move my fingers without pain! To move my shoulder, my arm. The team is so kind and compassionate. I’m so happy to find them!

I've been seeing Dr. Payne for several years now. I am disabled with Chronic pain diseases, so oftentimes I can't make it to my appointments. They are so understanding and empathetic to my situation. I always try to refer him to anyone looking for a good reliable chiropractor. He is awesome!

If you don't believe in miracles you will. i was having all kinds of pains in my shoulders , neck, back, and had no idea that it was all connected. I went for a free consultation and after speaking with Dr. Payne and setting up a program that worked with my busy life I finally can function with little to no discomfort. I can't believe I waited so long, I can tell you he made me a true believer. Innovative health can and will change your life. This is a true story I live in NRH and every day I am thankful, because now i can throw a football to my son, sit at the table longer than 5 mins, and turn my head to see over my shoulders.
