If you don't believe in miracles you will. i was having all kinds of pains in my shoulders , neck, back, and had no idea that it was all connected. I went for a free consultation and after speaking with Dr. Payne and setting up a program that worked with my busy life I finally can function with little to no discomfort. I can't believe I waited so long, I can tell you he made me a true believer. Innovative health can and will change your life. This is a true story I live in NRH and every day I am thankful, because now i can throw a football to my son, sit at the table longer than 5 mins, and turn my head to see over my shoulders. Friendly, efficient, and effective. Dr. Payne and his team make everything easy and comfortable, and every appointment is a joy. It's nice to be pain-free for once, this practice is highly recommended!

I always have a great experience going to see Dr Payne. I've been going since I was a teenager, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Love the staff, love the atmosphere, and love their approach to better health and wellness!
