“I had a gas leak that was discovered by a contractor for Atmos . after calling 4 plumbing HVAC companies and being 8 days without heating or Hot water , I finally found Billy Go. A friend had recommended them, and their online appointment website was easy, and they were quick to set up an appointment. They arrived on time and were very professional. Rhett Martincevic was especially helpful. He listened to my issue, he assessed the problem, he gave me options for finding a solution . He walked me through each step of the process. Since a city permit was required because Atmos had locked the meter , He explained how the process work and how he would work to get the permit and the inspector out to my house. The job proved to be a bit more complicated since the house is 72 years old and the pipes were original to the house. He and his crew worked diligently to find and repair the gas leak and to bring it up to code so that the city inspector would allow Atmos to turn my gas back on. Although was a more complicated project than I anticipated Rhett, was very good at explain what needed to be done, what should be done and what we might do. The prices were fair, and he worked with me on getting the best price he could. I would highly recommend him for your Plumbing and or HVAC needs. I’d give them a 5 star rating“
