Just used Dynamic Property Inspection and was so happy I did! Not only were all of my questions answered the day of the inspection, but Steve recommended some specialists to come look at the foundation and plumbing of the house based on what he saw (since inspectors are limited in what they are able to do). Thanks to this recommendation, we were able to back out of the contract, as the whole plumbing system actually needed to be completely replaced (at least $30,000 in work). Thanks Steve for going above and beyond to make sure we are making the right decision on something as important as buying a home!
In the process of buying a home and Stephen was so quick to answer and help out. He came out to the home within 2 days and had his detailed report with many pictures of issues typed out the same day. He utilizes a fancy array of technology that helps his inspections go more efficiently. He is also extremely responsive after the initial inspection via text and phone - he even answered on Christmas and Christmas Eve!! Also he's knowledgeable and speaks from decades of real experience.
