I had an appointment with Dr Tran today and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk that checked me in, all the way to the lady that discharged me, were very compassionate, and eager to provide anything I may have needed. Dr Tran was very thorough and wanted to make sure all of my concerns were addressed. Great quality care. Thanks to all the staff at Eye Consultants of Texas!
Was greeted by the most friendly person at the front desk (Vanessa) the day of my appointment didn't wait very long to be seen by Linda who had a great personality for the beginning of eye exam. Dr. Labor then reviewed the testing results which were very through as was Dr. Labor, Dr. Labor explained my options for both eyes. Dr. Labor spends time with you in the exam room, who is very patient, through, understanding and friendly you really feel like part of the family there, as far as the Lonestar Surgical Center those folks there are "top notch", had left eye cataract surgery on March 10, and due to the Covid 19 issue right eye surgery on May 5. The whole office staff i.e. Wendy, the Jessica's. Karen and others are great. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Labor to anyone I am very satisfied. Dr. Labor you are Top Shelf. Joe Estes
Doctor Labor saw me on a Sunday during COVID quarantine just to make sure the floaters I was experiencing were not a detached retina. Thank God it was just some fluid under the retina and not a detachment. Who comes on Sunday for ONE patient? That type of passion for one's profession is nearly impossible to find nowadays. Not only is Dr Labor obviously an expert in his field, but his compassion is unmatched too.
