My right foot was aching and throbbing when I came in. I did the 1 hour massage and 2 weeks later the pain hasn't returned. They are right, it's so relaxing that you will drift off to sleep.
Very relaxing. My feet feel so much better. Quiet. Calm.
Only worry is they use open containers of cream and just keep putting their hands in it over and over instead of pumping, which would be a bit more clean.
Will probably be going back next week ?
We had our first experience at Bigfoot Reflexology and can't say enough good things about it! We easily made reservations a day or so in advance via their website. We chose the 30 minutes reflexology/30 minutes neck and back massage. When we first showed up, we were immediately greeted, given little bottles of water and brought to comfy recliners to soak our feet in warm water. They pulled curtains around us so it was dark and private. You take off your shoes and socks but leave on the rest of your clothes during the service. They cover you with towels.
