“Olivia was my stylist. I found her on a facebook page. Went twice and didn’t like the outcome.<br>Both times my hair wasn’t styled after being roughly blowdried. Still had wet spots left and just didn’t like going in public looking like that. First time I went my hair goal wasn’t achieved so I had to return a second time so it could get fixed. I showed inspo pics/videos and my hair looks nothing like them. Just really hate my hair. Do not recommend her at all.<br><br>Update: Jessica reached out and offered to fix my hair at no charge. I was skeptical but loved the service, attention, patience, how nice and attentive she was, speedy but very experienced. She trimmed, did a reverse balayage, toned and styled my hair and I actually love the outcome. Thank you so much Jessica! This girl took all my visions and relayed them back to me with such confidence, it was like she knew exactly what I wanted when I struggled to put what I wanted into my own words. Her bubbly and friendly personality made me feel welcomed and a part of all the wonderful things this salon does. Finally had my appointment with Helena this past weekend, and I am happy to say that I believe I did in fact find my gal. We had so much fun chatting it up and getting to know each other. It just goes to show that Helena is passionate about what she does and is there for the right reasons. Side note, I have never been to a salon that sends thank-you cards, offers snacks and alcoholic beverages, so this was a plus in the overall experience.
