Here is my story. I was forced to purchase a Ringdale, Inc. light by the Horseshoe Bay POA. I installed it and it lasted 6 months. I called Ringdale and was given an RMA number. It was my understanding when I purchased the light it had a lifetime warranty. I shipped the light to Ringdale for warranty service. A month later no word. I called and they had to find it. Hanna assured me it would be fixed. Three weeks later, no word. I called again. Hanna tells me I have to pay a $50 repair charge. I bring up the warranty and she says the light broke due to lighning and is not covered. I pay the $50 plus freight for return (~$25). I get light and have it installed....read full review

I have been an employee here now for 1 year. Ringdale/ActiveLED is a great company that manufactures LED lighting for Commercial and Industrial applications. The company is great to work for and produces the highest quality, longest lasting products in the industry.
