Our sales guy (who was recommended by our friend) was great. Kind, quick, accommodating. That’s why it’s not 1 star. It truly depends on the crew you get. Day of install they were early (great) and the windows looked good upon a quick look around before I signed off on their work. Later I noticed this window sill. It was ruined and now movable. I called for them to come fix it, unsure of how they were going to do that since it’s an old house with old wood. Today they came back and, after telling me they couldn’t match it, we finally landed on them replacing just the broken one with a white sill. We’re quite happy with our Weather now World windows so far. Significant upgrade from the 20+ year old builder grade windows. The a/c seems to be running less and the outside noise has been greatly reduced. So far, great value for the money.
The crew that installed the windows were very efficient and made a concerted effort to keep things as clean as possible, then made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. They made sure we inspected all the windows after the installation and quickly took care of some discrepancies we pointed out (small tear in one screen and a few places where the caulking had bubbled or there wasn’t enough).

We are very pleased with everybody we interacted with from Window World, from consult to install everybody was very pleasant, knowledgeable and we are thrilled about the quality of the new windows! We highly highly recommend.
