They showed up right on time and had entire system, inside and out, replaced and running six hours later. The clean up and haul off was excellent and the technician stayed another 30 min or so showing me how everything worked. Programmable thermostat, filter replacement etc. This is a reputable professional company and would absolutely recommend them.“

“My water heater blew out under factory warranty. I got a new one but I’m currently crunched on time so called to see if someone could come out during the weekend to assist. For that to happen I was advised it would be DOUBLE the price. No way. I just cancelled my plans & decided to do it myself but since I was on the phone I asked JAMES why I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the main water since the cold valve was off & the hot was continuously running.That’s when James Advised Dallas is the ONLY city he knows where the main water valve is perpendicular to the ground so you can’t easily notice it outside at the water main entry. That helped me turn off the water so I can shop back the moisture out of the hot water heater closet. JAMES didn’t have to advise that, for FREE. If I had $2400 to spare they’d get my business, but I currently don’t. Next time I have a project I’ll consider this establishment first because that was a big help to get me on my way to doing the job.“

“Had Home Depot come out and try to install a dishwasher. They couldnt do it and left the dishwasher in a box sitting in the middle of the kitchen. Called His Way Plumbing and Larry was able to come out the same day! Slapped in my new dishwasher and hauled away the old one. It works perfectly and he was super professional. I will be using them in the future with any other plumbing work we need done.“

“Our outside drain line always has a problem. Every year, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and almost always at night. Bad weather is always a plus. I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. Instead of being appreciative, that guy questioned why I'd call before there was a problem. I mean, he ended up clearing the roots, but I didn't need a lecture. Let's address today. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. Or maybe night.“

“Home Town Plumbing does excellent work! My initial phone call was promptly returned. An appointment was scheduled for the following day and Mike and Robb arrived as promised. They worked quickly and efficiently to analyze my repair issues with three outside faucets. Two of the faucets were repaired within minutes. They used appropriate tools to make the repairs quickly. The third faucet had to be replaced. They were extremely experienced in locating the connection inside the wall, cut through the sheetrock in the garage, and quickly connected new piping to existing inside the wall, and sealed the opening in the sheetrock with a cover, so no need for additional repair costs for covering the hole in the sheetrock!! I now have a brand new outside faucet that will last many years.This company offers experienced, knowledgeable, and efficient service and are fairly priced as a result. He made multiple trips down below the home as well to make sure there were no leaks or issues. I cannot thank Donnie enough for being so knowledgeable and hard working. “If you need something, and they don’t have it. They can get it for you. If you’re a plumber, I would not recommend calling into the counter sales. Your order will always be missing parts, or have the wrong part. It sucks they won’t let you call the individual locations, but you can text them.“
